How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?

A full charge gives you roughly 15-20 shakes on average, depending on what you're mixing. Charging from empty to full takes about 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable, and a quick 10-minute top-up is usually enough to get you through your next shake.

Can I submerge the shaker cup in water?

The shaker cup body and lid are splash and rinse-resistant, so cleaning under the tap is no problem. However, the motor unit in the base is not designed for full submersion — please avoid soaking the base in water or putting it through the dishwasher to protect the electronics.

How do I clean it?

Rinse the cup, lid, and mixing blade with warm water and a small amount of dish soap after each use. For a deeper clean, add a splash of soap and warm water to the cup and run a quick mixing cycle, then rinse thoroughly. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth only — never submerge it.

What is the shaker cup made from?

The cup is made from BPA-free Tritan plastic, a durable, shatter-resistant material that's safe for food and drink and resists odors and staining better than standard plastic.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes, every Fully Automatic Electric Shaker Cup includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the motor and electronics. If something isn't working as it should within that period, contact us and we'll sort out a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the EU and internationally. Domestic Sweden orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days, while international orders take approximately 5-10 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

How do I use the shaker cup?

Add your liquid first, then your powder or ingredients, insert the mixing blade if needed, close the lid securely, and press the power button on the base. The vortex motor will automatically blend your mixture smooth in seconds — no shaking required.

Is it loud?

No — the motor is designed to run quietly, at a noise level comparable to an electric toothbrush. You can comfortably use it in an office kitchen or early in the morning without disturbing anyone.

What can I mix with it besides protein powder?

The 600ml capacity and powerful vortex motor make it great for protein shakes, pre-workout, BCAAs, whisked eggs, pancake or waffle batter, instant coffee, matcha, and other powdered drink mixes.

Are replacement parts available?

Yes, we sell replacement mixing blades, lids, and charging cables individually so you don't need to buy a whole new unit if a part wears out. Email us at support@syndicatedistrict.com to order replacement parts.

How can I track my order?
